Terri Larson, Co-President
Terri coaches, leads strategic planning, facilitates spiritual formation, trains in asset based community development and builds capacity for leaders and their organizations. In addition to her role as a gifted coach, she provides facilitation in Participatory Strategic Planning and Results Based Management. Terri has worked in the community for three decades, most recently as the Co-Director of City Net, an organization focused on collaborative leadership in Southern California cities. She is certified as a coach by the Christian Coach Institute and certified as a trainer in Group Facilitation Methods with the Institute of Cultural Affairs. Terri also serves as a senior leader, coach and board member with Communities First Association.
Dr. Mary Glenn, Co-President
Mary is a bridge builder, chaplain and educator. As an urbanologist, she regularly leads Los Angeles urban immersions and Downtown LA city walks. Mary loves cities, in particular Los Angeles (L.A.), where she calls home. She holds four degrees: D.Min. (Bakke Graduate University), M.Div. (Fuller Theological Seminary), M.A. (Regent College), B.A. (San Diego State University). Mary is an affiliate professor with Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Intercultural Studies and an adjunct professor and doctoral dissertation supervisor with Bakke Graduate University. From 2016-2019 she was faculty with Azusa Pacific University's MA Transformational Urban Leadership. Mary has served as a law enforcement chaplain since 2001, is a police chaplain trainer and an ordained pastor (with over 20 years of pastoral experience). She previously worked as the Co-Director of City Net and served as a board member with Central City Community Outreach in DTLA/Skid Row and CCDA (Christian Community Development Association).
